ABOUT RACHELLE DENE POTH 

Rachelle Dene Poth is an educator, consultant, author, attorney, and keynote speaker. She is currently the Spanish and STEAM: What’s nExT in Emerging Technology Teacher at Riverview Junior-Senior High School in Oakmont, PA. Rachelle is an ISTE Certified Educator who has served as the President of the ISTE Teacher Education Network and served on the leadership team for the ISTE Mobile Learning Network.

Rachelle received the 2019 ISTE Making IT Happen Award and also received three Presidential Gold Awards for volunteer service to education. She was named one of 30 K-12 IT Influencers for 2021. In 2017, Rachelle was selected as the 2017 Outstanding Teacher of the Year by PAECT (the PA affiliate of ISTE) and by the NSBA as one of the "20 to Watch" educators. Maria Flaherty has been in education for more than 30 years as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and STEM Coach.
