Cheryl Beyer - Social Studies/Science Curriculum & Instruction Coach, Kansas City Kansas Public Schools
Cheryl was born and raised in Kansas City and has dedicated her career to education. She began as an elementary teacher before transitioning into an instructional coaching role and for the past six years she has served as a Social Studies and Science curriculum coach for a large urban district in Kansas City. She is passionate about supporting teachers in Social Studies and Science instruction and fostering inquiry-based learning. She holds a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and an Education Specialist degree in Building Administration.
Allie Johnson - Strategic Partner Specialist, Ogden School District
Allie Johnson was welcomed to the Ogden School District team as the Strategic Partner Specialist over three years ago. She has worked in partnership with the school district in after school and summer programming for eight years prior to being on the OSD team. Her experience with after school and summer programming comes from working as a program staff, site coordinator, and then as a program director. Allie has experienced and understands the value of Defined Learning and is excited to share ways for others to experience the same success. One of her great joys at work is when students, families, schools, and partners are working in unison. This is when she knows we are headed in the right direction to truly provide long-lasting change in the lives of our students and communities.
Lauren Krumperman - Teacher, Ogden School District

During the past twenty years, Dr. Reese has served K-12 students as a science teacher, Curriculum Specialist, and Central Office Administrator. He has taught Masters and Doctoral courses in all areas of curriculum and professional development leadership. Dr. Reese's work focuses on providing students with engaging, relevant learning opportunities designed to encourage students to apply content from a local, national, and international perspective.
Lisa Wolf - Vice President of Product and Marketing for Defined
Lisa Wolf brings over 2 decades of experience in education to her role. She leads the development efforts of authentic, career-focused learning products that connect classroom content to real-world experiences. Previously, Lisa worked at ACT in assessment development and client relations and began her career as a high school math teacher. She holds a BS in mathematics and an MS in educational leadership and is passionate about preparing students for future success through career-connected, deeper learning.
